The Studio House is a private, modern home in a safe residential spot, with free parking for two vehicles right outside. It suits families, friends, business travellers — and your dog is welcome too.
You're a two-minute stroll from the high street of the historic market town of Warminster, and three minutes from the Pleasure Grounds, a peaceful, dog-friendly space for a wander. There's even a gym two minutes away. Guests have exclusive use of the whole property, including the private outdoor area.

Each additional guest is £25 per night, up to a maximum of 4 guests. Two guests taking a room each adds a £10 charge. A dog is £15 per stay. Final totals are confirmed by the host.
